I’ve never tried yin yoga before, so I decided to give it a shot. And it was amazing. I was definitely looking for something low key today (as my dear Aunt Flo arrived in town today) but still wanted to get my yoga on. Yin was definitely the answer. Holding all the poses for 5 minutes was unbelievable. There’s this point about halfway through where you start twitching and things feel weird, but if you breathe through it it’s like your whole body just goes all loose and fluid.
I’m definitely feeling relaxed and in a really incredible “yoga space”
